Dr. Kemp's initial consultations are extremely thorough and are two hours long and consist of examining your medical history, bloodwork, vitals, vestibular system, gait, posture to create a comprehensive and customized strategy to help patients.

Braverman Assessment
These questionnaires are to help the doctor better assess your overall Neurological impairment/Neurotransmitter imbalance. Please read the question, quickly answer true or false, and move on to the next question. Do not think about each question in detail, since that will create an inaccurate test result. When finished, simply add up the scores at the end of each section and bring only the scores to the office for review.
